ANSWER: Yes, provided the item or items that you order are available for immediate shipping. COMMON QUESTION: DO YOU SHIP TO APO'S?
ANSWER: Yes, provided you provide us with your address in the the correct format.
COMMON QUESTION: DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?
ANSWER: Yes, you must email us first with a list of the items and the quantities that you are interested in, along with your full address.
We will will then calculate the cost to ship and then send you a Paypal invoice from which you can make payment.
COMMON QUESTION: WHAT IF AN ITEM BREAKS ON IT'S WAY TO ME?
ANSWER: No worries, all of our packages are insured against damage. Our packages are also protected against loss and/or theft in the event that the carrier determines the package(s) were shipped but not delivered and therefore not received.
In the unlikely event (AND I DO MEAN IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT) that an item arrives damaged, we will ask you to provide us with a picture of the damaged item, if you are able.
We will then file a claim with the carrier so that we are reimbursed for the damages, meanwhile, we will credit you for the item along with the appropriate shipping charges that you paid to receive that item.
COMMON QUESTION: WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN ITEM AND THEN SEE SOMETHING I LIKE BETTER, CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
ANSWER: I'm sorry, we have a strict 'No Exchange Policy'. You may however, request a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#) from us.
This allows you to send the item back to us, for a refund in the amount of which you paid for the item.
The shipping that you paid to receive the item and the shipping that you paid to return the item, are 'NOT REFUNDABLE' in this case.
